'A win is a win' says athlete who didn't let a little diarrhea keep her from finishing in first place

Joanna Wietrzyk won the HYROX obstacle course race in Beijing despite experiencing gastrointestinal distress during the event. Following the race, HYROX announced it would review its event protocols. Wietrzyk competed in the race on the scheduled date and finished in first place.
