Abu Dhabi Wealth Fund to Take TAQA Private

Abu Dhabi's sovereign wealth fund announced plans to take TAQA, an energy and water company, private through a buyout. The transaction represents a reversal of Abu Dhabi's earlier strategy of listing major companies on its stock exchange.
