Scam text messages peak in volume around noon Eastern Time, according to data from cybersecurity firm Malwarebytes. The firm found scam text volume at noon is 874% higher than overnight hours. Friday messages are approximately 50% higher in volume than other days of the week, Malwarebytes reported.
