Essar Agrees to Buy UK Fuel Retailer to Expand Network

Essar Energy Transition Fuels Ltd.'s retail unit agreed to acquire SGN Retail, a UK fuel retailer. The purchase would increase Essar's fuel station network in the country to approximately double its current size, according to Essar's statement.
