NSE Said to Start Marketing $3 Billion India IPO Next Week

National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. plans to begin marketing for its initial public offering as early as next week, according to people familiar with the matter. The offering is expected to raise approximately 3 billion dollars. NSE operates the world's largest derivatives exchange by trading volume.
