Iran Nuclear Blind Spot Deepens as IAEA Loses Access

The International Atomic Energy Agency has lost access to monitoring locations in Iran, according to former US Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz, who stated this creates difficulty in assessing Iran's nuclear program status. Moniz also noted that US refineries operating near capacity heading into fall maintenance could strain global diesel and refined fuel supplies.
