First use of Alien Terrorist Removal Court sends Afghan woman back after Election Day ISIS plot: DOJ

Nazira Haji Zada admitted in federal court to being an alien terrorist, according to the Department of Justice. The admission occurred in a specialized federal court established by Congress three decades ago. Zada was sent back after her involvement in an ISIS plot related to Election Day, according to the DOJ.
