California woman chased, fatally shot by illegal immigrant DoorDash driver who stalked her for months: DHS

A Sacramento woman was shot and killed by a DoorDash driver who had been tracking her for months, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The driver was in the country without legal authorization. DHS stated the shooting could have been prevented under different immigration enforcement policies.
