Oracle tries to appease Stargate data center opponents with renewables push

Oracle announced a renewable energy commitment related to the Stargate data center project, a joint venture with OpenAI. According to Oracle, the company pledged to source renewable energy for portions of the facility's operations. The data center will continue to use natural gas for power generation alongside renewable sources.
