Genesis Makes Rival Bid for Vault in $3.9 Billion Deal

Genesis Minerals Ltd. made a cash and stock bid for Vault Minerals Ltd. on January 15, 2025, according to an announcement by Genesis. Vault Minerals had previously agreed to a merger with Regis Resources Ltd. Genesis did not disclose the total value of its offer in initial statements.
