Rob Riggle recalls 'apocalyptic' scene at Ground Zero while searching for survivors after 9/11

Rob Riggle, a Marine reservist at the time, participated in search and rescue operations at Ground Zero following the September 11, 2001 attacks. Riggle described seeing burned fire trucks and buildings with interiors damaged by debris while working as part of a bucket brigade to remove rubble. He was among military and civilian personnel deployed to the site in New York City in the days after the attacks.
