SEAL who killed bin Laden recalls 9/11 moment that changed his life: ‘Welcome to my world’

Rob O'Neill, a former Navy SEAL, watched the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center from a German military operations center where he was stationed. O'Neill later participated in the May 2011 raid in Abbottabad, Pakistan that resulted in the death of Osama bin Laden. O'Neill has previously stated that the 9/11 attacks influenced his military service.
