Illegal convicted of assaulting high school girls thought he was free — then DHS dropped the hammer

Israel Flores-Ortiz, a Salvadoran national, was convicted of assaulting multiple students at a Fairfax County, Virginia, high school. He was subsequently deported. The Department of Homeland Security apprehended him after he returned to the United States.
