Days after Lindsay Clancy mistrial, another Massachusetts mom accused of killing her children seeks freedom

Janette MacAusland, a Massachusetts woman charged with killing her children, had her case heard in court as her defense team requested dismissal. The request came after prosecutors said they were still waiting for the medical examiner's findings in the case. MacAusland remains accused of murders in Wellesley. Her motion was filed while a separate case involving Massachusetts mother Lindsay Clancy ended in mistrial days earlier.
