'We never recovered him': Quest to identify remains from Ground Zero continues

New York officials continue using advanced DNA analysis and other identification techniques to identify remains from the September 11, 2001 attacks at the World Trade Center. According to the New York City Medical Examiner's Office, over 1,000 victims from the attacks remain unidentified.
