Energy Titans Lead Push to Ditch NYSE for Upstart Texas Exchange

Sunoco LP and Energy Transfer LP announced they will move their stock listings from the New York Stock Exchange to the Texas Stock Exchange. Energy Transfer is a pipeline operator and Sunoco is an energy company. The Texas Stock Exchange, which began operations in 2024, has been competing for listings against established exchanges including the NYSE.
