Besxar is developing an orbital semiconductor manufacturing facility using commercial spaceflight launches. The company is among several start-ups pursuing space-based manufacturing by partnering with SpaceX and other launch providers to transport equipment and materials to orbit. Orbital manufacturing facilities require vehicles capable of reaching space and returning to Earth with finished products.
