Millennium Nears $100 Billion in New Era for Giant Hedge Funds

Millennium Management's assets reached $97 billion as of the report date, more than double the firm's assets from six years prior. Founder Izzy Englander has expanded the firm's model to seed dozens of smaller investment teams to increase capacity. The firm has $22 billion in new investor commitments scheduled to close on October 1.
