Banks Offer €2.8 Billion Debt Sale for Nestle Water Buyout

Lenders including Bank of America Corp. and Deutsche Bank AG launched a €2.8 billion debt sale to finance Platinum Equity's purchase of a stake in Nestle SA's water business. The financing package converts to approximately $3.3 billion. Bank of America and Deutsche Bank are managing the offering.
