Nuclear Firm HGP Said to Plan SPAC Deal at $1.2 Billion Value

HGP Intelligent Energy plans to go public through a special purpose acquisition company in a transaction valuing the nuclear services firm at approximately $1.2 billion, Bloomberg reported.
