Meta Failed to Catch Hundreds of AI Child Abuse Ads. Some Included Images of Real Kids

Meta's content moderation systems failed to detect approximately 350 advertisements containing child sexual abuse material, according to reporting on the matter. Some of the ads included images of real children, including a member of a European royal family. Lawmakers stated they plan to investigate the incident.
