Attacks victim's death 'potentially preventable'

A public inquiry into attacks carried out by Valdo Calocane in Nottingham heard testimony that one victim's death may have been preventable. Calocane killed three people and injured three others in June 2023. The inquiry examined whether different actions by authorities could have altered the outcome in at least one case.
