Bridgepoint Credit Sells €1.2 Billion Loan Portfolio to Pantheon

Bridgepoint Credit transferred €1.2 billion in loans from an existing direct-lending fund to a new continuation vehicle, according to Bloomberg. The transaction valued the loans at approximately $1.4 billion. Pantheon was identified as the acquirer in the deal.
