Eric Wu’s newest company, out of stealth since May, is going after construction’s labor crunch

Eric Wu, founder and former chief executive of Opendoor, launched NavigateAI out of stealth in May 2025. The company develops AI tools that provide construction workers real-time guidance through smartphones and Meta AI glasses. NavigateAI raised $25 million from Elad Gil, Khosla Ventures, and Lennar, according to the company.
