US forces sink narco-refueling station linked to Ecuadorian cartel in Pacific: SOUTHCOM

U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) reported that U.S. forces sank a vessel in the Eastern Pacific that the command identified as a refueling station used to support drug trafficking operations. SOUTHCOM linked the vessel to Los Choneros, an Ecuadorian cartel. The operation took place in international waters in the Pacific Ocean.
