Exclusive--Scott LoBaido Paints America's Largest Flag for America's 250th Birthday

Artist Scott LoBaido is painting what he describes as the largest oil painting of the American flag on canvas in the United States at the Great American State Fair's Made in America Pavilion on the National Mall. The painting is being created during the nation's 250th birthday celebration. Thousands of visitors are watching the work in progress daily.
