Ritzy Miami steakhouse manager held on ICE detainer after mom found stabbed to death

A Miami steakhouse manager was held on an ICE detainer after his mother was found stabbed to death in their home. Surveillance video showed the manager in an elevator with blood on his clothing and holding a knife, according to law enforcement. The manager returned home with his mother hours before she was discovered, Miami police reported. ICE placed a detainer on the manager following his arrest by local authorities.
