The New York Jets hired coach Frank Reich, signed quarterback Geno Smith, and acquired safety Minkah Fitzpatrick during the 2026 offseason. Glenn, the Jets general manager, made these moves in an effort to improve the team's roster. The Jets finished last in the AFC East in 2025.
