Cooler temperatures with wet and windy weather forecast for UK this week

Temperatures across the UK are expected to drop from weekend highs, with rain and strong winds forecast from Sunday into early next week. The Met Office reported that frontal systems moving in from the Atlantic will bring the cooler, wetter conditions. Some regions may experience wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph during the transition period.
