TX Gov Dem Candidate Hinojosa on Abortions: I'll Remove Criminal Penalties for Doctors

Democratic Texas gubernatorial candidate Gina Hinojosa said on CNN's "State of the Union" on Sunday that she would remove criminal penalties for doctors who perform abortions if elected. Hinojosa stated, "I believe in a woman's right to choose." Texas currently has criminal penalties for abortion providers under state law.
