Virginia mom placed on child abuse registry for 7 years after letting 5-year-old walk alone

Karyann Parkinson told Fox & Friends Weekend on Saturday that she is appealing her conviction for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in Virginia. Parkinson was placed on Virginia's child abuse registry for seven years following the conviction. The case involved her five-year-old child walking alone.
