Machete-wielding MS-13 gangster wanted for murder walks free after Biden-appointed judge releases him: DHS

A federal judge ruled that Immigration and Customs Enforcement held a man without conducting a required bond hearing for five months and ordered his release. The man, identified as a member of MS-13, had been detained in California. According to the Department of Homeland Security, he is wanted in connection with a murder investigation.
