State Department Says ‘Do Not Travel to Libya for Any Reason’

The U.S. State Department updated its travel advisory for Libya to Level 4, its highest designation, advising against all travel. The advisory states that Americans in Libya should "prepare a will and end-of-life instructions." The Level 4 designation indicates the State Department considers the country unsafe for U.S. citizens to visit.
