Gulf Cartel Gunman Sneaking into South Texas Now  Facing Terrorism Charges

A man arrested while attempting to cross the U.S. border in South Texas has been charged with federal terrorism offenses. According to prosecutors, he participated in surveillance, enforcement, and body disposal operations for the Gulf Cartel in Mexico. The U.S. State Department designated the Gulf Cartel as a foreign terrorist organization.
