Charter school network files First Amendment lawsuit after state blocks AP scores from US News

Success Academy, a charter school network, filed a First Amendment lawsuit after New York State Education Commissioner Betty Rosa blocked Advanced Placement exam data from being used in U.S. News rankings. The exclusion of AP scores caused Success Academy's ranking to drop from 11th to 196th place.
