Musk wins court order to block use of “Twitter,” but not “tweet” and bird logo

Elon Musk obtained a court order allowing him to prevent use of the "Twitter" name in app store listings for X Corp's platform, according to court filings. The order does not restrict use of the word "tweet" or the bird logo associated with the former Twitter brand. Musk rebranded Twitter to X in July 2023 after acquiring the company in October 2022.
