Not a mistrial, yet. Clancy's lawyer asks for emergency appeal in her murder trial

Lindsay Clancy's defense attorney requested time to seek an emergency stay from the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts in her murder case. The request came as the trial judge was considering declaring a mistrial. No decision on the mistrial motion or the emergency appeal had been announced as of the report date.
