Leon Black, a U.S. billionaire, filed a lawsuit challenging subpoenas issued by the House Oversight Committee that required him to provide nondisclosure agreements related to an Epstein investigation. Black's legal filing contends the subpoenas are invalid. The House Oversight Committee had ordered Black to produce the documents as part of its examination into connections to Jeffrey Epstein.
