Cuban Illegal Alien Gets 10 Months, Fine for Ramming ICE Vehicles in San Antonio

Robyn Argote-Brooks, 25, was sentenced Tuesday in federal court in San Antonio to 10 months in prison and ordered to pay $9,964 in restitution for damaging two ICE vehicles in January. Argote-Brooks, a Cuban national, was convicted of destruction of government property. The sentencing followed his damage to the vehicles while in the United States without authorization.
