Leon Black sues House Oversight over Epstein probe subpoenas, won't appear Thursday

Leon Black filed a lawsuit against the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, challenging subpoenas related to its investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. Black's legal team states that the nondisclosure agreements sought by the committee are unrelated to his interactions with Epstein. Black did not appear for a scheduled Thursday hearing before the committee.
