Russia’s strikes near Moldova raise alarm over Putin’s plans for Europe’s eastern flank

Stanislav Secrieru, national security advisor to Moldovan President Sandu, said Russia's strikes on Ukrainian-Moldovan border infrastructure are intended to disrupt grain export routes to European markets. Secrieru did not specify the dates or locations of the strikes in his statement.
