America's wounded cops find hope, healing and second chance through officers who refuse to leave them behind

Retired Las Vegas police Lieutenant Randy Sutton founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting wounded police officers after he experienced a career-ending stroke. The organization provides services to law enforcement officers who have been injured in the line of duty or otherwise unable to continue their careers. Sutton's nonprofit is the only organization of its kind focused exclusively on this population. The organization operates through funding and volunteer support from current and former law enforcement personnel.
