Palo Alto Networks paid $500M for Thrive-backed Console, sources say

Palo Alto Networks acquired Console, a startup backed by venture firm Thrive Capital, for $500 million according to people familiar with the deal. The transaction positions Serval, which is backed by Sequoia Capital, as a remaining competitor in AI-based IT service automation.
