Petco Services, Auto-Ship Sales Grow as Turnaround Continues

Petco Health & Wellness Co. reported net income above analyst expectations and posted comparable sales growth for the second consecutive quarter, according to results disclosed Wednesday. The company's shares increased as much as 14% in after-hours trading following the announcement. Services revenue and auto-ship sales expanded during the period. Comparable sales had declined for the prior year before returning to growth.
