Aurora Cannabis Board Recommends Rejecting Curaleaf Bid

Aurora Cannabis' board unanimously rejected a takeover bid from Curaleaf. CEO Miguel Martin stated the offer was not in shareholders' best interest and said he would consider other bids if they provided sufficient value and appropriate structure. Martin said he is not opposed to takeover offers on principle.
