KKR Scores Windfall in $17B Sale of USI Insurance

KKR is selling its stake in USI Insurance Services to Aon in a transaction valued at $17 billion. KKR's proceeds from the sale are approximately $3.3 billion. USI Insurance Services is a unit in which KKR invested its balance sheet in long-term private equity positions.
