Germany: Sabotage Attempt on Power Plant Investigated as Potential Leftist Terrorism

German authorities said Wednesday they were investigating two incidents that disrupted power distribution systems in eastern and western Germany as possible acts of sabotage. One incident was also being examined for possible links to terrorism, according to authorities.
