PSA: Amazon’s shopping AI can now tell you if that message is a scam

Amazon added a scam-detection feature to Alexa for Shopping that verifies whether emails, texts, and other messages are from the retailer. The feature helps customers identify fraudulent communications claiming to be from Amazon. Customers can ask Alexa to check if a message is authentic before responding or clicking links.
