Russia Pauses Grain Export Duty as Black Sea Exports Stall

Russia suspended the floating export duty on wheat, barley, and corn through the end of 2026. The suspension followed disruptions to shipments through the Black and Azov seas. These routes account for more than 70% of Russian grain exports.
