Continental Reinsurance Plans Botswana’s First IPO in Almost a Decade

Continental Reinsurance Holdings Ltd. announced plans for an initial public offering on the Botswana Stock Exchange. The IPO will be the first on the exchange since 2017. The company stated it is raising capital to expand operations across Africa's insurance markets.
